Need Carpenter for Outdoor Garbage Shed(s)

Hi everybody. The folks in my building and myself are looking for someone to build us either one or two sheds for the front of our building, to hide our trash and recycling bins and bags. Any recommendations? Thanks!

  1. does anyone know if these can be built out of metal?

    (we have a metal front door so think it would look better to match).

    are these something that landmark need to approve?
