Help! Zoned A/C Not Working
One of our zoned A/Cs is not working! The heat pump thingey looks like it’s going (cool to the touch). But no cold air is coming out of the vents. What should I look for before calling the A/C people?
One of our zoned A/Cs is not working! The heat pump thingey looks like it’s going (cool to the touch). But no cold air is coming out of the vents. What should I look for before calling the A/C people?
may be a refrigerant leak.
They are not tripped. I flicked everything on and off. And went on the roof to check (and flicked that switch as well). The compressor turns on but doesn’t seem to be chugging like the other ones.
Check that all circuit breakers associated w/ it are tripped. My system has 2 & one sometimes flips off. It’s not necessarily apparent so you might switch them off & back on.
