General Contractor to Pull Permit and Insure Work

I had a contractor who I was working with and it turned out that the overage I spent on him was not worth while since I was basically doing all the work myself.

I’d like to continue as the project manager of the job, but I need someone who feels comfortable pulling the permit and insuring the job. Does anyone have any recommendations for contractors who have worked in this capacity?
