Door Entry Intercom Systems
I’m looking for recommendations for brands of intercom systems — very simple, three tenants/doorbells, able to talk to the person at the door and find out who it is, nothing fancy. Also, looking for wired, not wireless, since haven’t had good luck with wireless.

LeeDan is the old school 70’s looking style that seem like they’re build like tanks (if you have tenants moving in and out all the time). Might be more affordable than Aiphone, which is more modern and has more amenities, not quite as solid. I love the Aiphones, but i feel like a schloppy mover could do some good damage to them.

sm, whether or not you install it, you should wire for video, since you are in the middle of a big reno.
Aiphone is a good option. Is the wiring already there?
