I know Brownstoner is a place mostly for residential construction, but I think this question should apply to commercial spaces as well. What is the general price per square foot price for excavation and a 6″ concrete pour for a slab floor in Brooklyn? The space is indoor, 3000 square feet and is easy to get to with heavy equipment and cement trucks. How much does the price change for rebar and wire mesh for reinforcement?
My neighbor recently had some masonry work done and he mentioned that the concrete work was around $10/sf. Not sure if it would be the same for your commercial project.
