Hi – i just wanted to recommend Gordon Voisey – I found him on brownstoner and he just painted my unbelievably shabby parlor floor that hadn’t been painted in probably 30 years – with dissgusting textured wall panels, lots of molding, pocket doors, peeling paint, cracked plaster, a ceiling that was practically falling down, etc. He repaired and skim coated and painted in four days at an unbelievably cheap price.
