So, again, two words: FREE MULCH!
(23rd St. btwn 6th/7th Aves, under the blue tarp).
First come, first served, albeit rainy. Please try to clean up and retarp the diminishing pile after you are done.

Though I should add you can always get free mulch at Green-Wood just inside their main entrance at 25th St. and 5th Ave. to the left of the meadow.

Got mine yesterday.. If you think about it, these trees have been “fertilized” by some of Brooklyn”s biggest celebrities.
