Actually, it was Marc A. Ditomaso in downtown Brooklyn, who I believe is in Santoriella’s offices. Very organized and responsive.
I also have Hyatt, and have used three others, the names of which escape me at the moment. One was very good but was based in Brooklyn. I used him because he had experience with houses in Brooklyn rather than coops in Manhattan. OK sorry not be of more use, will have to check records.
