Cement Over Brick Take II

Hopefully this time the photo will appear…

I posted recently about the Q of whether we should patch the stucco/cement surface over our back brick wall OR… scrape it all off and repoint.

This is a picture of the damaged area. The rest of the wall is in ok shape, except at the ground level where the cement is flaking. Not much brick exposed there yet, but seems like it’s starting to crumble.
