Does anyone have any information or recommendations of local parking lots in Coble Hill or Carroll Gardens?. This would be a long term/yearly thing. I know there’s a lot on Butler a little past Smith, anyone park there? Thanks for any info.

  1. We’ve just put our car in a Park Fast storage place on Schemerhorn/Hoyt. We live in Carroll Gardens but as we don’t use the car often the 15 minute walk down there is fine. It costs about $100 p/m but there is a 3 month minimum rental period. They have someone there 24hrs and from using Park Fast in Manhattan previously as well I’d say the customer service(more so on the phone)has been pretty good.

  2. “And also one or two on Pacific between Smith/Boerum/Court. ”

I believe those are long gone due to construction. No???

“There are a couple on Pacific Street between Smith and Hoyt”
These are unattended, vacant dirt lots operating as parking facilities.

There is the Parking Club but it’s $$$$

The rental and condo buildings along Boerum place both have garages that rent a few spaces to non-residents for around $250 inc tax

Your best bet is across Atlantic.

  3. We looked into this recently, but more for Boerum Hill. Not sure how far north you want to go, but FWIW… There are a couple on Pacific Street between Smith and Hoyt. And also one or two on Pacific between Smith/Boerum/Court. Another on Hoyt between Pacific and Atlantic (next to Grdn). All were around $250/month (incl. tax)–phone numbers are posted on the gates.

If you’re willing to venture across Atlantic, the best deal we found was the Edison Park Fast, entrance on Schermerhorn just off Hoyt. (NOT the one at Schermhorn & Smith.) They have an option for $150/month (incl. tax), plus $5 each time you want to take your car out (because sometimes it’s parked behind other cars, but never takes them more than a few minutes to move those and get it out). Unless you use your car a LOT (like daily), it still comes out cheaper than the $250 places. Plus this place has 24-hr. security/attendant.
