i don’t have the info for the people i used, but they were referred to me by the sales office at steinway. you can call their main office and they have a very reliable company that they refer people to. i would definitely use a specialist, not a general mover. for a full sized grand to/from elevator building, it was about $1200 a few years ago. hope this helps.
