I live in a 12 unit condo building in fort greene and we need to find a replacement for our maintenance men. we are looking for someone who can sweep and mop the hallways once a week (4 floor walkup) and deal with the trash/recycling. I live in a 12 unit condo building in fort greene and we need to find a replacement for our maintenance men. we are looking for someone who can sweep and mop the hallways once a week (4 floor walkup) and deal with the trash/recycling. Ideally this person/people could also help coordinate small repairs- intercom system, light painting of the hallways/exterior doors, that sort of thing.
If anyone has someone to recommend it would be much appreciated.

HI my name is Daniel Rodriguez and I am interested in any steady position you may have available. The majority of my recent work has consisted of freelance finish carpentry, wall repairs, hard wood floors, and counter tops. I have also completed a lot of custom woodworking carpentry in the past three years on both small and big jobs. Lately I’ve been working for a friend, Uri kaldes who taught me carpentry six years ago, building a house as a first time builder. Due to this I have gained experience in both general contractor experience and sub contracting experience. Therefore a steady position, such as working for this company, is by far more beneficial to the amount of stress I find myself with at my young age. Although there are a million ways to do any job, I believe in completing jobs the right way, through this I have also broadened my knowledge in all types of carpentry. I have a strong understanding sense of time and materials. I am an honest, motivated, hard working, detail oriented and reliable man who is very ambitious especially toward a potential long-term career. In my meticulous and observant nature, I have a strong feeling that your company can use my positive approach to fabricate all wishes of a broad client base.
