Has anyone used Mortgage Concepts mortgage bankers? I believe they operate out of Bed-Stuy. The broker on a house I’m interested in recommended them, and I was just looking for a reference. The mortgage banker/broker I’m talking with is Eric Eisenberg. Thanks!

I mean, I wouldn’t use a mortgage broker recommended by the real estate agent. Your attorney and your inspector should be independent also.
I wouldn’t use a mortgage broker recommended by a broker. Conflict of interest. Get someone independent.
Also, are you sure you need a broker?
