I actually live in the building. It’s fantastic. I have been living there for 5 years and have seen many changes. We have a very competent board and great residents and are doing well financially. The sponsor has recently sold the majority of his units increasing our owner occupancy in a huge way. The building is a perfect mix of artists, writers, musicians, and families with small kids. It’s a good sense of community without the common snobbishness that you can see in Coops. The Super is young, handy, caring and trustworthy. I have been very happy there.
