Insuring a 5-Family?

Two of the 5 apts would be owner-occupied (not combined into one, but actually two separately occupied apts). Any ideas? That seems to be the only thing Brownstone Agency offered me.
Thanks for your help all and to all a good night!
I use the Brownstone Agency for all my properties. I have a 2 family, a four family and an eight family. Their rates are always competitive and the service is great. Ralph Fiumefreddo is the agent I use.
Best of Luck.
There is an advertisement on the Brownstoner Forum home page for “Property Insurance.” I tried that and got insurance through a NY Brick & Brownstone insurance. They offered 1 or 3 year, but I had to go through a broker to get the policy. I am happy with the process so far.

They’ve been in the business for generations and they specialize in home and townhome insurance. I’m an architect and I’ve recommended him to my clients before, for insurance specifically geared towards homes during the construction process.
Chuck’s excellent at what he does, and is very creative thinker. He’ll get you insured the right way specifically for you.

I use Brownstone.
And yes, a 3 year policy is the norm. I think you can do 5 & 7, but can’t do less than 3.
