Check out Northern Tool. I think their website is northerntool.com. I have not ordered any lights from them but they have a pretty good selection. They have been around for some time now – you may remember the name they once went by: Northern Hydraulics.
I opted to go for cheaper regular electric powered motion detector ones (replacing old light sensor, run all night fixtures). Hoping they light up infrequently enough that I don’t end up using too much electricity.

Arkady, I’ve never had good luck with solar powered garden lights.
Thanks, Bklnite. I’d have to run cable/conduit/switches in order to have a hard-wired so I was thinking of the solar.
I saw this one at home depot, and was tempted
