3rd Place Condos?

Does anyone know what happened to the new condo bldg at 161 Third Place? The last unit avail was taken off the market (just, BHS had it as of a couple weeks ago) and Streeteasy still lists the others as in contract still… http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/building/116-3-place-brooklyn
We were interested in the last unit but heard the developer was having money issues so we decided to wait…
