We purchased a condo in Boerum Hill in August 2009 and read excellent reviews of his work on Brownstoner. We also have friends that used his painting service and highly recommended his work as well. Jamie worked closely with us to establish a schedule and worked within our budget. Throughout the process, he offered suggestions which enhanced the overall outcome of the paint project. The painters on Jamie’s team were meticulous, friendly and hard working.
The final outcome of the paint job far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Jamie and his team.

Hi Ysabelle, I’m really surprised you had a bad experience. I used Jamie and he was extremely professional (and always prompt). Anway, I second the OP’s reccomendation. I have nothing but good things to say about the interaction and his work.
Fruitcake gets a bad rap. My grandmother makes great Fruitcake.
I had an appointment with jamie grubb. He never showed up or called.
About a month later he calls and says he is 2 blocks away can he stop by. Believe it or not he still never showed up.
Unprofessional fruitcake just like the fruity colors on your wall.
By the way the fruity colors look nice.
