We recently purchased a new construction apartment and before moving in want to have a professional cleaning service clean from top to bottom. Any recommendations for a crew that can come in and get it dust free and ready to live in?

I just used Julian Lewis, 347 232-7932, whose name I got from a recommendation on this forum. I called him to clean some ornate, extensive woodwork on the parlor floor of a brownstone. He came over on short notice, was polite, prepared with his own gloves, and did a wonderful job. I will be hiring him in the future for work around my house as well as for tenant move-outs.
You should call Imperial Cleaning….very large crew, specializing in construction clean-ups and commercial work…also has a great residential division for regular cleaning. 631-491-7400
Call Big Apple Maintenance, LLC, they are good and use environmentally Green products upon request.
Speak with Paulie, tell him AL the contractor sent the Rec.

if you will pay for cleaners. Also pay to bedbug sniffing dog. There are a few horror stories on this forum if you search for “bedbug”

I think a few people on this site have used NY Brite cleaning and have liked them for a one time cleaning
It’s not horrible, but, it hasn’t been cleaned since construction was completed. We have a 1 yr old and so it’s definitely worth it to us to spend a couple hundred to have the place spick and span.

I would hope that you wouldn’t have to do that with a new contstruction apartment. just deal with the dust, no?
Good Impressions Cleaning, google them. They are Staten Island based and the cleaners work in all the boroughs and are bonded. Reasonable and excellent.
