Hi all,

Looking at a 4-story brownstone that has frozen pipes that have burst so water is turned off. Any idea what we would be looking at in terms of repairing the plumbing? Water damage is on first floor only. Not looking for info on repairing dry wall, etc, just the plumbing.

Master Plumber, can you help?

Thanks guys.

  2. Typically, but not always, it’s just one pipe that bursts, which may be a pretty simple, straightforward repair. yes, the one pipe will cause a lot of damage depending upon how long the water flows but usually one pipe bursting is enough to relieve all the pressure throughout the system.
