Hi, i was wonder if anyone here can recommend a contractor. I have a small deck on the 4th floor that that needs a fence put up and the caps on the edges replaced with limestone slabs. The posted picture is not the best quality but i just need a fence on two sides. any does anyone know the offical height need for the fence. i was told 48inchs and not sure if that is correct.
not that this guy is nearby but a ton of his friends are in the area: http://greenlogicconstruction.com ask for Erast.
i need a fence because the deck is on the 4th floor.
since its considered a living space now i have to put a fence up. safety reasons.
steve thanks for the reference. i will call him today.
Nick Perper, NP Classic Construction: 347-268-8717.
He just finished a gut renovaiton of my apartment in a Park Slope brownstone. Nick is very knowledgable about construction, his subs handled all aspects of the job (carpentry, electric, plumbing, tiling, etc.), and the project was brought in at budget, one month ahead of schedule! The work is gorgeous, Nick had clever ideas about solving all sorts of problems, and he is a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and would be delighted to provide a reference for him.

Why do you need a fence?
Sketch and hammer do nothing but decks. They’re awesome.
Yup..its a great set. i have it for two years now and no need to do any winterizing (word?). just leave it and forget it until spring time.
anyone have any recommendation on contractors in brooklyn? i’ll post a better picture tonight.
My parents have the same outdoor couch and chair set. Home Depot? They just picked it up for about 450 on sale. Very comfy.
