Our rental apartment needs a new kitchen sink and our landlord who lives out of state wants us to find someone to do the work. I have hired handy-people for other odd jobs but do I need a plumber for this job? If so, any recommendations? It is possible the cabinet needs replacing, too. Can I find someone to do both? If so, where?
