if you’re willing to have a roommate, I’m moving out of my place. It’s in harlem though. It’s a 975 sq. ft 2 bedroom that’s completely renovated and has a private outdoor area and central AC. Big closets, one block from the 110th street 6 train. 5 blocks to central park, 3 to the east river park. gym is 4 blocks, grocery store, post office, library 1 block, etc etc…
Oh yeah, also full size washer and dryer in the apt. maple floors.. really nice place.
my roommate takes care of the building so she is super clean and she stays at her significant other’s house a lot so she’s not home all that much.. plus she’s a great cook.. anyway, call me or write me if you’re interested. 646.765.9234 or d@borntrager.com
