I heard from my mortgage lender that signs of mold had to be painted over before they would provide a mortgage, so keep that in mind. I would think that would be your only problem.
Are you kidding? No one would ever be able to sell a house if there was a rule about fixing all the problems first. Relax. You may have to disclose problems you know about though. Ask your broker about the disclosure rules.
Yes you can sell it. I just sold a home in NJ with mold in the basement. I was going to have it removed, but I made a deal with the buyer and he took care of it. But you may have an issue getting a C of O.
