Renaissance Court rentals?
Hey all, Anyone have any experience with the new rental development Brooklyn Renaissance Court? It’s on Schermerhorn, between Hoyt and Bond. Looking for any insight into living there, positive or negative. Thanks!

A friend of mine just moved in and likes it very much. We are considering it too although it’s at the bottom of our shortlist. Two things I am not crazy about-no central AC, ou will need to buy your own window units. Not a huge problem but I would want central AC in a new building. The other is no washer/dryer in the unit. Only 1 laundry room for an entire wing. On the plus side Brooklynfare will be downstairs. Good train access and walking distance to shops & restaurants.
