Same experience as tanner. CHDB looked nice at the beginning (and their recommendations), but in the end, all we got was shoddy work, no project oversight or management, total mismanagement of project funds, and no follow up after the project was over.
Had a horrible, horrible experience with them, all the way around. You’ll see my other posts about it on the forum… Shoddy work, overpriced, GC almost never on sight.
did he finish everuthing or is there still things not done? did he do underpinning?
and how were his workers nice or irresponsible?
