Wood Flooring Rec

Thought I would share my 2 cents about wood flooring recs since I researched the forum for this info before having my work done. I used Verrazano Flooring recently to repair a small area with water damage as well as sand and refinish my floors and I would recommend them. They did a very good job and their rates were comparable to others. Make sure you stay in touch with Frank or John as the work is being done because if you are not satisfied with something they will fix it. (One board of red oak that was used in my repair area did not match the other boards or the existing floor, and they replaced it when I asked them to. As with any job, be very clear about what you want done, inspect the work product, and everything should be fine. Overall, I am very satisfied.
