Xmas Tree Removal?

Well, RaginCajun, if you are ever looking to rent an apartment, let me know.
In case anyone was riveted by the suspense, I woke up this morning and the tree was gone. It was the first tree I’d ever bought, a fine tree that did our home proud and made my wife love me just a little bit more. We were sad to see the little tree go, but thus go the cycles of life!
Also, as far as my consideration goes:
1) Perhaps it’s because I’m not from New York and didn’t realize all the ridiculous legal protections renters here had, but I always lived in fear of my landlords, paid my rent on time, tried not to complain and — especially in smaller buildings — was very aware of the fact that they (not I) owned the building.
2) Also, my landlord kicks ass. He gave us the first month free. FREE! And, when the fridge crapped out, a new one was in place the next day.
Wow. You are so nice and considerate. Yeah, call 311.
Call 311. Unfortunately, the Prospect Park Mulchfest is finished for the year
(took place last weekend).
Wait… They only come to pick them up at special times. Also, you can go to one of a few places to recycle it on the weekend, but I only know 3rd street and ppw in ps.
