Architect and Contractor Recommendations anyone? Would love to work with someone in Williamsburg /Greenpoint/LIC – but not a requirement! We have a frame house that was unfortunately ‘renovated’ by the previous owners in a very destructive and unfortunate way … we’re talking kitchen, floor, stairs, facades, bathroom, windows, vestibule, maybe extending first floor… Many Thanks…

  6. I am an architect with my own studio in Williamsburg. Each project gets personal attention. Previous work in the area includes a newly constructed 2-family townhouse with green building specs, an apartment remodel duplex combination, and a gut renovation of a historic brownstone in Harlem.
