Crumbuling Brooklyn real estate prices?
I would like to know if anyone has any confirmation that there are alot of Brooklyn real estate agencey’s involved with the Madoff scandle. If that were true hundreds if not thousands of homes will be hitting the market soon,

No I am not retarded you can save that for someone else. But trust me I do understand your futile logic of attacking anyone that mentions that house prices are or will come down greatly in the Brooklyn area in the near future. Well good luck with that. Someone tell Corcorean, the “High-Class” real estate broker that the more for-sale signs that pop up with a their name on it the quicker the prices will come down. The scam of pump and dump is out of the bag.
Are you retarded?
The fact that Hannible seems to misunderstand the problem doesn’t mean Corcoran’s involvement with Maddoff has no impact on the real estate market.
Corcoran and other brokers surely involve themselves in residential and commercial development projects. If/when a large number of those are rendered uncompletable due to a serious liquidity crisis, this could affect the larger market. Who wants to live next to a perpetually unfinished building that now serves only as a place to be Up To No Good?
On the other hand, this could also be a good thing. Many neighborhoods (Bed Stuy, WBurg) are overdeveloped with condos already. It might help prices over the long haul if demand had a chance to catch up with supply.
Either way, everyone who’s confused is correct–it does sound as if Hannible thinks that Corcoran owns all the property in NYC or something, or that Corcoran perhaps is a bank. Either way I am not following the logic of this post either.
Corcoran does not own the properties they sell, you do understand that, yes?
No one here is deaf — your question defies all logic and your sentiment that real estate is overpriced is not novel or interesting, plenty of others feel the same way. Give it a rest, dude.
There is no greater deef person than someone who doesn’t want to hear. My how some people just don’t want to face the fact that they owe more on their mortgage than their home is actually worth!
again i must ask, huh?
Well I am hearing the Corcorean group is hedged way over their heads. Sorry for the spelling on agencies.
Neither agenceys nor agencies own much property.
hannible is “looking for a good deal”
I wish people would stop wishing for the sky to fall just so they can get a “good deal”
