Has anyone here used Nathan Di Santo for any painting work? He bid on a job for us and his price is reasonable and he seems like a nice guy. Anyone used him/heard about him? Thanks!
Thanks

  1. I have just now discovered this post on DiSanto. After a complete nightmare in dealing with DiSanto, our condo took him to court and won a settlement. He never paid us and we had to go to the U.S. Marshall. To date, we have had no success because he doesn’t even have a bank account. For Geri who also took him to court, was there any success in collecting?

  2. He’s is a cheat. Stay far away. He ruind our walls after he said spraying them would look the same as rolling them. It was aweful and he never showed up on time or at all, depending on the day. He’s full of excuses.

  3. Nathan is a very, very nice guy. Except he is a liar, thief, and a cheat. Very sweet man though. Pathologically sweet. Do yourself a favor, stay far, far away.

  4. DO NOT USE HIM!
He is nice when you meet him but it ends there. He is unprofessional. We took him to court.

No more needs to be said.

  5. look at ParkSlopeParents.com, under recommendations and then interior help, and then painters, for many reviews of his work. I hired him — and was sorry I did.
