BROKEN ANGEL CONDOS. WHAT HAPPENED?
I wonder what ever happened to the condo development that was suppose to happen in the Broken Angel. All the hype, but no action. Anyone knows?

Shahn you are such a tick. You messed up so give up and let the people have their building back without trying to sell it. Its not yours.
The real reason that Shahn (Christian?)Anderson has not finished the building and made sure he got a huge pay every week for the past almost two years..to do nothing is….. because Pratt wants a building for its foreign students and here we are again. Oh no could it be? That he is a liar?
Two years and still violations due to faulty work on Shahns part like the basement and other things. So the building department and him working hand in hand to get the foreclosure going.. outside forces have been asked and they concur… he is a very wicked and dishonest cur…So the foreclosure happens and the family loses their home and live in the streets but does Mr. “Christian” Anderson care???? He’s a nasty insect, and nasty insects get squished.
The Broken Angel … really Broken
Its October and wheres the building? There are people who are watching very closely. The only one who wins from this is the developer and the Woods were easy pickings weren’t they.
there were guys on the roof the other day doing some work (?)…
When did I become the hype-master? Don King is pounding on my door trying to get a rematch.
The Broken Angel is not a normal development project by any stretch of the imagination. If our goal was to renovate the building as quickly as possible and make no effort to recapture the spirit (and the height) of Arthur Wood’s original vision we would have been done already. Our goals are a little loftier than that, and it takes a bit longer to do something extraordinary than it does to do something common.
Our case for 4-6 Downing Street will soon be in front of the Board of Standards and Appeals, so I’ve been asked by my legal counsel not to talk about the details of the project in print or online. I will, however, but providing Mr. Brownstoner with drawings and details about the new construction portion of Broken Angel at 8 Downing Street so that he can do a blog post about it.
I dont know – but every time the hype-master Shahn Anderson posts – I ask him – and he ignores me.
While I don’t like to see anyone lose their shirt, it will be sort of an amusing case study for all those keyboard warriors who seem to think it is so easy to build/convert buildings into reasonably affordable, architecturally attractive, community conscious, environmentally sensitive, tax generating, etc…. developments.
It isnt easy, there are a zillion competing interests and tons of risk. Broken Angel apparently is no exception; Bold predictions on a blog not withstanding.
