I am thinking of hiring Alam Z from A & T contracting to do my facade and stoop work. He and his partner seem very knowledgeable. Has anyone used them and can anyone comment on the quality of their work? It seems like there is a lot of dissatisfaction with facade contractors. I want to get this one right! Thanks
After doing a lot of research in my neighborhood, I had my brownstone facade done by Metro Restoration. My house looks amazing, and his price was really good, so I would talk to them.
That’s a really funky post. Dude. I assure you, no kickbacks here. I looked for months to find someone to redo my facade. After getting ridiculous quotes, I found Z. Abedin, saw his work, he gae me a fair price and I was set. The first poster is looking for people to help with his decision. Grow up.

Have never heard of or used either but I can HIGHLY recommend Z. Abedin. He did two of my buddies’ places and will likely start on mine this fall. Short version, very knowledgeable professional, and the best price per quality that I got. If you haven’t settled on your guys, I would at least get a quote from him too.
