Needed: Standard Reno Contract- No Architect
Any suggestions for where to get a standard boiler-plate contract for a residential remodel? AIA A107 seems innapropriate because we are not using an architect (don’t ask). I looked at the agc.org contracts, but they are very expensive and intended for commercial jobs.

I am looking for a boiler-plate form that has all those necessary elements plus more. Any suggestions? I did not see any useful blumberg forms. I plan to review the final contract with an attorney.
AGC contracts and AIA contracts are not interchangeable, they are two different approaches to construction. If you are writing a contract for construction from scratch it needs a minimum of 5 elements:
1. Name of parties involved, 2. Location, 3. Date of Agreement, 4. Scope of work, and 5. Money involved in the contract.
