sounds like you need a designer. a licensed architect or an interior designer or an architectural designer. which of those will depend on the scope of work. (i.e. are you moving plumbing and gas lines?) maybe try putting an ad for a designer or architect on here or on craigslist?
I’m confused about what you are asking. Do YOU need to bid for an interior remodeling project? You don’t necessarily need to get charged for estimates. Are you asking for a contractor reference?
