Try Old Goode Things in Manhattan on 24th St (I think) off 6th Ave. They are not cheap but have a wide range of hard-to-find antique door hardware.
Almost any metal shop shouldn’t have a problem making a mold from the rosette and casting a new one. If you can’t find a reproduction or an antique replacement anywhere, that would be your best bet.
