Pre-Finished Hardwood and Installer

We have to replace all the floors in our co-op and because we have to live there while it’s being done, we’ve decided to go with pre-finished hardwood, probably in oak strip, as that’s what is there now. My question is: what brand is best? Also, any recommendations on installers?
