They have been in the neighborhood for awhile now and I have heard only good things about their work from my neighbor who did a large project with them last year. I actually saw his house after the renovation was completed and it looked amazing.

Just wondering whether there are any updates on this firm, Perfect Renovation, on Atlantic. The only post I find is 2 years old. They seem to be doing good business, and we’re considering using them for a job combining 2 brownstone apts.
Any experience, good or bad, please share.

DO NOT USE PERFECT RENOVATION!!!! They did a horrible job on a renovation in our house, inflated the price from the original agreed upon, and left a mess when they were “finished”. In the end we had to spend more $$$$ on repairing what they messed up. How they stay in business is beyond me.
