Rumors are swirling around our block and neighborhood regarding the sale/purchase of properties on either side of Bedford Avenue between Putnam and Jefferson Aves. Wondering if anyone has heard anything? One rumor is that Pratt has bought the bldg on the NE corder of Bedford/Jefferson.

The gorgeous building on the NW corner of Bedford and Gates is marked for demolition (heard from the construction crew). I hope they got it wrong- how can such a beauty be torn down?
