Well, their main brownstone listings, still featured on their website and assumed to be available (since they don’t say “sold” or “in contract”) were sold a while ago and are no longer available. Isn’t that false advertising? I thought you couldn’t do that anymore.
We bought our first co-op thru Berman Realty in 1980 and then used another firm to buy our first house. When we sold that, we used Berman to buy the house we’re presently in. Both Joe and Peter Jacob were professional and thorough. They’ve been in Park Slope a very long time, know everyone and understand their business. I cannot vouch for anyone else in the office.
yeah, no one buys anything in park slope.
that’s why it’s so cheap.
you do realize, 4:32 what your post says about you, don’t you?
Why would anyone buy anything in park slope anyway?
they do that ALL THE TIME, 4:21.
berman is the used car salesman of homes.
