I am moving back to NYC and I want to move to a brownstone in Brooklyn Heights or near South Portland Avenue “ANY HELP”?

  1. check out park slope.

it’s a little more affordable than brooklyn heights and you have prospect park as your playground steps away.

ft. greene is very nice also, but you’ll have the whole atlantic yards construction site to deal with over the next 10-15 years.

  2. Sell your home fast (pre foreclosure, pre auction)
is a FREE real estate must sell listing website.
Real Estate Agents & Private FSBO (for sale by owner)
Sellers can advertise their properties /
listings for sale. Property buyers and investors are free to browse

and make contact directly with real estate agents & FSBO sellers.

Realtors can build a “custom profile” & manage a portfolio of

properties on our website giving them the direct benefit of greater

    online exposure.

  3. Brownstones in Brooklyn Heights are super-cheap right now, and there are some beautiful houses on the market, so you should be able to find an excellent deal. Good luck with your search and welcome back to NYC (and Bklyn).
