I just started doing this type of work for people. Just finished some odds and ends for someone just last week. I have built platforms and stairs, hung doors, painted, built walls, etc. – even electrical if you want.

There is a carpenter, who with a partner has a millshop in the Brooklyn Navy yard. He works on landmark buildings in Brooklyn and is working on copying historical moldings in my house and reproducing them in my vestibule. He is rebuilding my the front doors of my brownstone as well. He is very meticulous and has done a number of houses in Brownstone Brooklyn, in some cases completely replicating moldings throughout entire brownstones.
