About the light in your shower stall – be careful how you deal with and which light fixture you choose. Make sure your choice will work in a wet environment, because most don’t!
I agree with 10:33, get more than one estimate for skim coating and painting and visit some previous work – the difference in quality can be incredible.
I’d say around 15-17k, maybe even more. Skim coating and painting, if good quality, will run about 10k for that much wall space. Windows are your call, figure $500 per. Bathroom/plumbing work could be as much as 5k, depending on what needs to be replaced. Lighting work shouldn’t be much.
Of course, you should get more than 1 estimate.
I was adding it all up and then got to windows. How many do you have? I got to about 4-5 grand. I did not include lighting, tile, or paint purchases.
