we would like to get some proposals for a new subfloor (plywood) built up on a brand new laid but a little uneven concrete floor and then for the contractor to lay a new red oak/bamboo or some type of hardwood floor over the top of it. we are in greenpoint and after a fairly basic simple installation. approx 480 sq feet any recomendations for a good installer? we dont want to pay top dollar. advice appreciated. gabesaffioti@yahoo.com
