need architect drawings of my design

I’m an industrial designer (products, furniture, etc) and I’ve pretty much fleshed out a design for a pretty big renovation of a row house my wife and I just purchased. I’m looking for an architect who can take virtual 3d model and make drawings turn it into drawings that will be approved by the buildings department. I will also want to get feedback on my designs from a building code perspective. Does anybody know an architect who might be willing to work with this kind of arrangement? Any sense of what this might cost — for the drawings and consulting, but not really design work or construction management. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on the above.
