Contractor: Exposing a Brick Wall in a Co-Op

I’m looking to remove the sheetrock from a 19″ by 12″ wall in a co-op to expose the brick underneath. This is sheetrock — not plaster, and will probably involve temporarily removing the baseboard heating to access the sheetrock and then reassembling it after the brick is sealed. Does anyone know of a reliable contractor who could do this? How much do you think it will cost?
