I just purchased a pre-war coop in BH and need a painter (with Insurance) who will sand the walls as part of the prep. I am a decorative painter, working mostly on furniture. I attempted a bit of this myself…using 80 grit sandpaper- it is just too much in the midst of moving to do on my own.

I was also considering Verrazano Floors to refinish the parquet floors.

Recommendations and suggestions appreciated!

  1. i have used verrazano twice and found them to be good value for what they do. some small detail work was a little sloppy (where the wall met the floor) but a little shoe moulding covered it up.
