Floor Tiling for Kitchen

For a kitchen renovation in a 1889 brownstone, we are looking for recommendations for places to purchase nice floor tiles (or perhaps other materials like wood). As is obvious from this post, we have not yet determined what kind of floor we want, but ideally our source for purchase would also be a place for us to review options. Thank you for any guidance.
