Try Bill at NY Fine Circular Stairs on Broadway in Bed Stuy. 718-218-9051. They did an excellent job on my interior stairs and I don’t see why they wouldn’t be able to do exterior if it’s wood. Although, he may be too busy as me Donatella and myself are constantly singing his praises on this site!
