I am hoping to get some feedback on the safety of this neighborhood as my wife and I are interseted in buying here. Obviously the projects are a concern but what neighborhood in NYC isn’t close to a low income housing development. Any insight would be greatly appreciate as we are in our in 20’s…
I am hoping to get some feedback on the safety of this neighborhood as my wife and I are interseted in buying here. Obviously the projects are a concern but what neighborhood in NYC isn’t close to a low income housing development. Any insight would be greatly appreciate as we are in our in 20’s and completely priced out of Manhattan. In particular if there is anyone who commutes to Manhattan early in the morning for work that has some insight on a 5am commute would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

There is some mention of Bed Stuy being an area that is up and coming. As the father of a young child, safety and school zoning is of paramount importance when considering buying here. How are the schools in Bed Stuy? Are there areas here where we should just cross off our list? Thanks.
